A DAW that messes up exported audio... would have an extremely short life, wouldn't it
I suppose messed up audio could happen with an unforeseen bug, but it'd be quickly taken care of, no matter what DAW.

Re: What features are REALLY necessary for Reason 11
I want a new Combinator that lets me modulate any parameter in a device, you know, more inputs. I don't want to automate, I want to modulate. And I honestly think Reason should have a better/dedicated CV generator.

Re: Is Reason 10 demo mode restricted in any way?
Been looking around the internet for some answers to this, and people are just incredibly confused. No wonder at all since the props themselves aren't able to explain it properly, look at this from the prop site: Is there a demo version of Reason? Yes! Please visit the Try Reason page. The demo ver...

Re: You wake up as the CEO of Propellerhead. What would you do?
I'd have the team start developing a proper CV-generator/controller, which should have been put it 10 years ago. Something like Kron, only made by the props, with lots of visual feedback etc. That's why I refuse to buy Kron - it should be stock. And as for LFO, even Serum does it better than Pulsar ...

Re: Is Europa on par with Serum...or even better?
This is a personal opinion of course, I think Serum has twice more depth than Europa, I think Serum can compete with Europa + all effects in stock Reason combined, actually. Serum is more intuitive, better LFO and envelopes, which is really important to me, and WAY more filters, I love to try out di...

Re: What is the lack of REASON?
- Reason lacks good presets, I never use them. Ever. This is a matter of taste I guess. - The Combinator came very early (3.0) and it is no longer fit for 2019. Heck, it wasn't even fit for 2012 - it really needs expanding. - Curves (automation) Edit: The LFO in Europa is a nice addition and can be ...

Re: Looking for "Big Sounds Championships" (2006) refills
True, it mentions only 3, but there was 4: Big Bass, Big Lead, Big Pad, Plain Huge I have lead, bass and pad. Sure I can post the 3 I have when I get home :) I'm at work now. Edit: Found the 3 I have, they were "in the cloud" :) https://wetransfer.com/downloads/cacb46b89c5182755928252565530584201901...

Looking for "Big Sounds Championships" (2006) refills (found)
Back in 2006 Propellerhead held a competition to make the biggest sounds possible using a Combinator. We're talking Reason 3.0 :) https://www.propellerheads.com/press/46-propellerhead-announces-the-big-sounds-championships From each of the 4 categories (lead, bass etc) they made one refill containin...

Re: customer service
If you actually got a Lite licence out of it, that's not nothing, at least. It will save you $100 if you upgrade Lite to Full in the official shop, so hang on to that. But I wouldn't give up on MF, keep calling, ask for your money back or a proper upgrade licence. Call them or email them every singl...

From Propellerhead's Q&A: https://www.propellerheads.com/en/reason/faq Is there a demo version of Reason? Yes! Please visit the Try Reason page. https://forum.reasontalk.com/viewtopic.php?t=7507504 ;) I feel like you guys overthought this whole thing. The files were meant to be publically released in the first place. The files promote both the composer and the software. Lastly, the worst thing that could happen would be that they'd ask for t...

Re: CV (vibrato) delay and ramp up, how?
Thank you for your reply, selig. In Sylenth1, this can be achieved by controlling an LFO with a ADSR env, you route the ADSR to the LFO, so that the LFO gives vibrato while an ADSR ramps it up with a slow attack. I haven't been able to do the same in Reason because it reacts to that situation differ...

Vibrato with pre-delay and ramp up, how?
Hi all, there's something I'm trying to do in Reason, without automation, as I'd rather have a self-contained instrument. I want a CV signal to use for vibrato, but I want to delay its start about 1 sec. Then I want to gradually ramp up the vibrato from zero to full effect within 1 sec. So all of th...
