After reinstalling Reason I went to download the refills. On the product page there's no download button. How can I download these 4 refills? Thanks!

After tinkering with surface control for days I finally got auto-detect surfaces to identify the M32. Most of the knobs and other buttons are working. Thanks for your help.

How do I submit the log file to them? Thanks!

I see it says: "Control surface error! Press 'info' for a report". What does that say when you click the Info button? After selecting control surface model Komplete Kontrol M32 in preferences the ok box at the bottom is still greyed out. Any suggestion on how to proceed would be appreciated.

I'm on a MBP 16" M1 32Gb 1TB and it runs great for me. I have used half of the 1TB space though and really only have reason, MS office, Logic Pro and VSTs/Refills and song files installed. You could use an external HDD if you run out of space.

You'll be fine with those specs. I'm on a 16 inch MBP with 1TB storage, but apart from that the processor and the memory are the same. Absolutely no problems at all

I've installed Kontakt 7 and I can run it in stand-alone mode but not in Reason 12, only Kontakt 6 is available.
All VST plug-ins are installed in the default location. BTW It does show up in Cubase 12
Does Reason 12 supports Kontakt 7?

Thanks. Yes, any controller will work however not all the buttons are mapped correctly like loop, metro, tempo, play, record, and stop. My guess is I need to map this out manually using the NI controller editor is that right?
