Yes, it's Synaptics. But I don't nave TRACKpad, but TOUCHpad.

I tested: Reason 11 Suite, Windows 10 Home, Lenovo Ideapad 100.
Scrollind vertical and horizontal with touchpad works with no problems!
If it works with touchpad, I don't see a reason for not working with trackpad.

In Reason 11 Suite there is no Refills folder.

And your own refills which you’ve bought are located in the same folder they were before you upgraded. Browse to the folder in the browser then add it to your favorites.

Optinal refills are located here: "C:\Users\<User Name>\Music\Propellerhead Content\Optional Refills"
