Like with Europa and Grain people were furious!
I definitely wasn't. They definitely need to make an RE called the NNXL or something.

Fritz and Texture Lab

Is there a benefit to having both of these rack extensions? I currently do. I feel like Texture Lab covers enough ground to use it rather than Fritz. Any big fans of Fritz want to point out the benefits of keeping it around?

Re: Click noises while hitting play and/or record (buffersize) - please help

I installed Mojave yesterday (MBP early 2015) and Reason feels more responsive. Also, turn off cable animations and hyperthreading. That helped me... Any other songs open in the background need to be closed. Bounce what you can once you're happy... Keep the midi around just in case.

Re: Adding sub-bass to a snare?

I use my ColoringEQ for this sort of thing, using a technique I discovered early in the development process I call “focused saturation. You’re basically boosting a narrow Q band and adding saturation to emphasize the fundamental of the instrument, while also adding harmonics and creating sustain. R...

Re: Adding sub-bass to a snare?

I like using the transients of an 808 kick, I'll also layer a tom in with 4 or 5 other snares. Lol Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk Love this idea. I tested out a sine wave with very quick decay and it sounds decent. Plus, it's a really easy way to ensure the snare is tuned. I literally have to...

Adding sub-bass to a snare?

I was reading this tutorial on snare creation for dubstep. I'll probably be using it more for dnb, but I was interested in how they're adding a sub-bass layer to boost the lows of the snare. Has anybody done this in Reason? If so, care to share how? https://www.izotope.com/en/blog/music-production/d...

That's exactly what I was thinking. I'll go with the Selig!

Synapse EQ vs Selig Coloring EQ (1 subscription slot left)

Hey folks,

I love the Synapse Graphic EQ but the Coloring EQ looks slightly better with the saturation tweaks. I don't want to have both in my subscription, preferably. Can anybody speak for the Selig? I read the review and it looks decent.
