I think that does what you want but the Kong synth doesn't have a lot of pitch range. I think it might be easier to just use another synth and make a chromatic drum sound there.

I think the Experts Sleepers stuff should help with that, they also have vsts.

I find it a bit confusing to have a horizontal piano roll and the arrangement in a different orientation. It's an interesting idea but I think it wastes a lot of screen real estate with empty space.

I haven’t seen actual data but I’m pretty sure most of the market (as in >50%) is running Windows. I use a mac though haha but not logic.
