What are you watching at the moment? (possible spoilers)

Currently re-watching on Netflix: House Breaking Bad Waiting for: Better Call Saul (more!) House of Cards (since only on Sky here) Wish I could watch "Louie" here because I bought all of Louis's specials / programs from his website, but yea, EU / US and whatnot. Hard to get / watch here (legally). ...

What are you watching at the moment? (possible spoilers)

Louie CK's show, "Louie" is amazing... it's hilariously funny and heartbreaking and icky all at the same time.  He has a way of exposing the juxtaposition of good and evil in all of us in a really interesting way.  He's always trying to do the right thing, but either doesn't know what that thing is,...

He needs Dragons.  I'm pretty sure that's where this is headed.  Also, pretty sure that Dany is his sister, but they'll get married anyway (Targaryens, duh) and rule the seven kingdoms together.

Not that she deserves him.

Oh, man.... last night GOT... The only time I've ever seen Jon Snow look visibly rattled.  Yowch.

I saw a tweet from Pitchfork today that said the band Mastodon was actually in that epidode as Wildlings/White Walkers.  That's kinda funny.   :)

Direct mp3 export.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know why it isn't there, but other DAWs have figured this out.

My 1st Album is available completely free (no catches)

Congratulations, Zac!  It's really crazy how much work goes into putting something like this together.  You should be really, really, really proud of your efforts.   Now, when someone asks you about your music, or you are talking about it, you can point to something that the average Joe will appreci...

PSoames, I generally just do my own thing, without trying to fit into a box... but it would be nice to know how to tag this stuff so people actually HEAR IT.  Thanks for checking it out!  :D

Enoch, I LIKE IT.

HAHA, Benedict!  Fair enough! Well, THIS one is maybe all I can stand to do in Logic... I find myself either searching in vain for something or fighting it all the time (it's really powerful, but persnickety).  Maybe I just need more practice. I DO tend to bury vox a little... I sort of don't feel l...

Paganini on the Poop Deck

Geez, those strings are nice, Benedict.

What a journey this is... It's symphonic and quirky and folky and somehow hangs all together.  Sometimes the strings seem to be light flying off the waves... it's a nice composition!  I want a timpani, though.   ;)

Selling my music

... I guess that is what I'd love to do, just make incidental music that shows/games can use. Anyone got any tips on this sort of thing? I know there are catalogue websites you upload to and production companies license anything they like and you get paid but as far I can see there are sign up fees...

Yes, I suck at this part. Also, I can't post this in "Reason Music", because I actually made it in Logic (my first song in Logic, even).  So... Anyway, I haven't the faintest idea how to label it, and I need some help. Hip Hop Beats and Strings and.... Shakespeare. [soundcloud_track]http://soundclou...

Will the listeners know the story behind the song?  Meaning, are they running a story along with the song?  I would certainly be more forgiving if I knew your singer's triumphs...  I think Evergreen is a better choice than Stay Another Day - the beginning syncopation/echoing of the lyric lines in St...

Best to you, Mr. Button, and to all of us. Having nearly lost my husband Christmas of 2013... I hear you. We're both well aware of our own mortalities these days, and thankful and mindful to boot.  Keep on keeping on. My mother always says, "Be kinder than necessary. It's always necessary".  That go...

Giles!  It's stupendous!  Synching is HARD, and you've done a tremendous job, here.   That.Piano. Divine. (what was that patch?  Did I miss it in the comments?) There's one passage where you play a theme on the root, then up a 5th*... I loved that.  Just... Soaring.  I dream of doing this, and I ado...
