Re: Are you still interested in ReFills?
I'd given up on making refills entirely and now have been working on a mobile app (which to be honest, I need help with lol). In the last 3 years I believe I sold 5 refills total, 2 of them in the last week, and one of those says he wants a refund because he's "returning reason" less than a full day...

You mentioned not keeping up with scales, etc - starting with the second video on this page is a series that really whipped me into shape: https://www.lessonface.com/guitarworld

Hi SoftEnerji! Good to see ya here :D ----------------- ----------------- To the side topic: I have to mention that one of the things I hated about the PUF was that users would get *poofed* occasionally, deleting all their previous content. A great thing, however, was that threads would be locked r...

Reason The Board Game!
Because I tend to work solo it's not something that could work for me but it's a friggin awesome idea. Then again it sounds like something that could be done alone as well as a basic creative tool during writer's block.

Yep, but for some reason the finger invariably gets pointed at corporations regardless of the actual culprit, when in order for a business to succeed in the long term they have to at least superficially care about their customers. Actually they only need to care about the customer's need and desire...

Hmm, I don`t know what`s the problem that many people have with the word "PROFIT"... Shouldn`t those creating meds be paid, should they work for free? The problem isn't profit itself but some of the lengths we've seen when people destructively pursue profit at the expense of others. Yep, but for so...

This just reminded me: combinator skins I made a long time ago that are color-coded to match the track colors.

Building experience is key. I'm relatively sure that's the answer to this thread's entire bucket'o'questions. At least that's what has worked in my life. -------------------------- A side-note on the side conversation on math patterns - I found one the other night while rolling cigs. It must be som...

I read this entire thread, but the below passage on math makes me most curious about your method for quick addition. I wonder if it's something I could learn. I have a strong memory for numbers and can calculate in my head easily, but nowhere near as fast. I was a very early reader, and also share ...

I'm just commenting to be in between you guys. For a genuine mistake with no ill intent, yeah, it should be recognized as such and forgiven where possible. Add the bad intent or mental health issues in, and I want to know who it was so I can stay away from them. Guilt is useful in that it (hopefull...

I will say that I have to hear a certain connection to the collab artists, and their level of experience must be close to mine or greater, or it isn't going to work. Well, at some point you have to become the mentor / teacher, no? ;) D. Unless you're Neil Peart - last I knew he was still taking dru...

My friday started kinda crappy with me waking up too late, but I drank my coffee and I've been playing guitar all day feeling pretty inspired. Tomorrow A friend and I will record vocals and sketch out ideas all day for a metal project and then get drunk. Sounds good to me! My father calls friday th...

Speaking of banning: why was Dave909 banned over there? I remember him being really cool, putting aside one thread where we got into it over something. (No idea what it was now.) Dave was banned because he got himself banned. Don't ask me why. Heh does this mean you were on the receiving end of som...

It’s Friday batch and I have had a week. I am ready for the freeking weekend. I am going to get me some cold Newcastle Werewolf, have a nice dinner and write. I love to write yo. Specially when I have a drink. I love to - let the pen go, meaning I put my mind in neutral and let the thought go where...
