Re: Sequencer updates on the horizon
Mhh, ohh that sounds not so good. My good "horizon" feeling has decreased somehow. Wouldn't it make sense that the regular customers have the feeling that their software wishes are taken seriously to a large extent and the product is adapted to a large extent according to the wishes of the loyal co...

Re: Is it really necessary to buy a midi controller?
...by randomly mouse clicking notes in the sequencer... Why everyone always assume it's random ? I'm drawing in a melody, sequence or indeed a chord I hear in my head, for example. why not quote it all and use what I said jamming can spark ides rather then randomly mouse clicking. when coming up wi...

Re: Is it really necessary to buy a midi controller?
as your cords get into your finger and then the scales it becomes much faster and jamming usually sparks ideas you would not get by randomly mouse clicking notes in the sequencer. Not needed but very helpful

With reason lite you will still have all your RE's if it's attached to the same license and you will still have all your VST's so in reality you have almost the same as just using Reason 12

Re: virtual reason
Yeah, very pricey. But in a world today - a lot of people afford it. 1% of 7.9 billion people are 790,000 people. And then we have a lot of people who are in the next 20% of the "richest". Apple will continue to cash in. But it will be long until this will be available for Reason I think. I'm still...

Re: Logic Pro is coming to iPad
to get good sound you would need to hook up your iPad to some monitors, this cool though but I'm sure I be making more music on my mac mini and midi keyboard and soon would not be subscribing anymore to the iPad app. and also needs a new ipad that cost way more than an mac mini m2 pro factor in the ...

Re: Nektar P1 or P4
You already have keys and pads so it quite easy choice but then again the P6 already has all the slider the P1 has so I would go for something like Behringer x-touch or an icon controller that has motorised faders it extra controls are what you need,

Re: This is interesting.. Web based stem extraction tool.
the other way around you would train your ears to hear better, and when it gets easily available people will skip the learning by ear and separate into stems run through some pitch detector and transfer to tabs, so they lose the ability to learn by ear and also reading notes This isn’t so black and...

Re: This is interesting.. Web based stem extraction tool.
legal or not but wouldn't you benefit more from figuring out how the parts are played the record them yourself. That's actually a fantastic use for these stem separation services. I don't need it to sound studio-grade, but if I can solo a bass guitar part, it makes learning it 1000x easier than try...
