Thank you for the positive responses! I didn't think anyone would respond at all. Good to know there are people who care.
I care.
We all know that already, of course... ;)

Thats a really nice surprise, thanks!

Now please port everything else and make a vst with a reason rack inside it!

Re: An update on copyright...

Ahh, and this is why I left the forum a few days ago. One anxiety attack was enough. I'll wait for Native Instruments' statement, thank you very much! :post: In all honesty I can't imagine NI really making any statement. If they're going to take him to court, they'll just take him to court. They do...

Re: Europa VST/AU!!!!!

I like the VST, I prefer the native Reason version.

What can be done one way, can be done in the opposite direction I guess.

Very intriguing in an exciting way methinks.

Re: An update on copyright...

I don't think people are seeking to apportion blame, I know I'm certainly not. I'm mostly interested in what happens in these circumstance when people have purchased stuff from the shop they can no longer use through no fault of their own. For me I lost the price of a nice Fish and Chip supper with...

We have many different characters in this forum; some of us are weird, some are talented, some contrary, opinionated, stubborn, fucked up, straight-cold sober, idealistic, devout, impious, well-endowed, lacking, sardonic, facetious, bored, inspired, knowledgeable, inquisitive, judgmental, forgiving...

Re: An update on copyright...

The point is, put loosely, is that no injured party has made a complaint about any copyright infringing product currently in the store, so nobody is going to be blacklisted or otherwise sanctioned in any way, as things stand. I wonder if anyone has already snitched to Native Instruments? (EDIT: No,...

Re: An update on copyright...

Welp, regarding the Props' statement. They just need to blacklist that individual for life, and share their decision with their other partners so they too don't fall into the same trap. It's naive to believe that individual won't come back with a new face. The Props, and us, need to stay vigilant. ...

Re: Korg NanoKontrol2 and NanoKontrol

I've got a similar little controller called iControls by iCon and managed to edit a matching codec for it based on the NanoKontrol2 codec which works so I would imagine you could do similar for the original NanoKontrol if you know what each button and slider midi maps to. (MidiOx can help here if yo...

See, this is the thing, I DID stay on topic... Let's not make a mess of this current thread. Your posts in the previous thread weren't the only ones that were deleted, in fact it was several users all for the sake of attempting to keep things civil (for better or for worse). Re: An update on copyright...

No you are right it isn't the ecosystem, it's the e-commerce system. But it does serve to highlight the fact that I've come to expect excellent service from Devs (an exemplar being yourself) via the Prop Shop and I guess I've perhaps wrongly thought that some demonstrable form of effective vetting ...

Re: An update on copyright...

You're not missing anything. You can already see even in hypothesis, that currently a dev 'could' upload re-packaged wares, withdraw them when they got rumbled, Props can't help further than saying perhaps trying to chase up the 'pirate'. i.e. Customer has to suck it up. You weren't really 'missing...

Really the thread needs no link, it's like looking at what was a fine looking Oak with branches extending outward being reduced to a pile of smouldering embers after a freak lightining strike. The rammifications of this shine something on the whole RE/IDT ecosystem so i guess it is not about any sp...

Indeed you are! The "ham-fisted" moderation took place because people wouldn't stop speculating and discussing health related topics related to this issue in a scale that spanned from "juvenile" to "downright nasty". I understand how some people feel cheated, and I also understand the defensive sta...

I guess I shall have to enquire with the alleged source of the infringed material as to whether they are happy with my continued use of the potentially infringing product(s) and see what they suggest. Perhaps everyone that is currently out of pocket because they've bought products that have the same...

Re: Serial Parallel Effects Mixer is on sale !

going from 0-50% is exactly like increasing a send from 0-100%. The result is the dry level stays the same as the effect increases. Then from 50-100% on the control, the send stays at 100% as the dry level decreases from 100-0%. That what I've understood with the curve and with your previous post, ...

On a side note though that picture looks to be near the Eurotunnel entrance on the UK side. 30 minutes drive from where I live and I missed it. :)
I thought I saw a little hacked-in drain there on that street.
