I have just tested this theory on my Win7 machine and it seems to be correct ... I have a track I'm working on at the moment that is particularly Parsec heavy - if I hit play the moment it opens, I get the glitches. If I wait a few seconds (I counted to ten) then it plays fine straight off the bat. ...
