Re: Announced Device: Chord player. What would you like to see?
I thought I'd trial it and in 20 seconds found another fundamental flaw. When it shows you the chord on the Player keyboard graphic that you hit (in this case it was Dm7) I thought I'd try and play that chord on my midi controller. Obviously I couldn't play the chord while the Player was active so ...

Re: Announced Device: Chord player. What would you like to see?
Good call on the strum idea. Have 1/16th or 32ndth note strum with a dial for making it longer or shorter but by those timingbincrements or have a set timing off altogether. A biggy that I reckon but hate to say it, Reason Studio's always leave something out. Logic does strum quantize too, measured...

Re: Announced Device: Chord player. What would you like to see?
They should have kept the strum function that you had on the prototype in your blog and it would be perfect! but still a nice player! i will use my voucher as soon it hits the rewards shop :-) Good call on the strum idea. Re: Our next Player.....
The feedback to this post from the audience is rather (rotten) tomatoes and eggs so far. At least nobody seems to have mobilized the pitchforks, yet. Yeah it's the same old "work on the DAW and not new REs" talk, no matter how often people are told the development is separate. What develo...

Not one of those is actually present currently in Reason. They're all very useful..Never needed to go find a project you didn't know the name of (as it might not have a working title yet) in your project history that was more than 8 projects from the one you last saved? There is blocks which is sim...

Re: Latest Roadmap (June 3 2022)
The seperation can aswell be helpful. Usually I put different stuff into the rack then I put in the sequencer, so having an individual browser focus for both is handy here. Only thing is the current bug (?) the browser sort of resetting its position to a default folder, other than that it´s ok here...

Re: Future Reason Sequencer/Stand-alone DAW Teaser Video
I can't believe for me, how good the Reaper / Reason Rack Plug-In combo is, brilliant. I think there's too many feature's missing to pull me back into using Reason as a stand-alone product again (at least 40 feature's)... I feel I have a severe FOMO but could you please list a few of these missing ...

Re: Future Reason Sequencer/Stand-alone DAW Teaser Video
I agree that many of the requests people have mentioned including a big lot by myself need implementing buy as they've stated recently, won't be till Reason 13 so next July-2024 or so. The rest of this year we should see 2 new updates - the M1 and VST3 and is there 2 new devices coming, one being a ...

Re: Latest Roadmap (June 3 2022)
Chord player sounds interesting. Players are almost the only reason I still Reason. Almost. Will it be free for Reason 12 (not + as that's a given) owners though, that is the question. Also wondering why they didn't just advance Scales & Chords or will this be Scales & Chords 2 or a completely new ...
