Have to say tho if its all lacking on the QOL front I'm gonna be thinking new DAW thoughts. Probably Reaper.

I'm still of the mindset that since adding VST, every other feature is just icing on the cake.

Subtractors "Bass Guitar" patch is still one of the best default patches there is imo. It's ridiculous how many times I've used it. I still hate the "Acoustic Drums College" loop in DrOctoRex though. I've always really wanted hidable mixer channels, but lately I've been trying to work with as few channels as possible so it hasn't been much of a problem. Mixing live instruments on bigger projects I'd imagine would be a nightmare.

I love the half rack compressor, use it a lot. Wish it had sidechain input though.

And I love the filter, but it infuriates me that they left out High Pass filter type on it. Wish they'd add HP & Notch too. It's on most of the original devices, can't see why they omitted these.
