After spending a few hours A/Bing amp model rack extensions, I'm liking the Kuassa amp models much more than the Softube Amp rack extensions (both guitar and bass), which is surprising to me, because I really liked the Softube Amp Room VST when I demoed it.

I'm glad I didn't upgrade to R8.
