i check my mixes in mono. i'm using "selig gain" for this task. painless and applieable in every spot in your rack. also have one "selig gain" in my mastering chain

I love super flu. Seen them live a few times and have some tracks of them. Very nice Produktion and Great Sound. And when I read that They are reason Users a few years ago i was pretty impressed and felt even more love for this Programm.

I think the daw doesent make pro music. Its the User and his knowledge.

Im using The Unison "UN-16" on almost every track for the highs of basslines. also using the Reverb "RV-7" as a send fx in my standard song preset with a EQ "PEQ-2" to cut out the lows. And of course Scream 4 is my first take when it comes to distortion.

someone in the RE Facebook group fixed the problem with uninstalling gain, restarting, then reinstalling it.
but did not work for me

so my reason 8.3 is not giving me any popup that there is a new update. also nothing happens when i check for updates. had the same problem when 8.3 is released. am i doing something wrong? some settings i have to make?
