Re: Offtopic Conversation

Reason is good, VSTs should never be introduced! https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-aS-67nDJYP0/Vy_PTvhlrZI/AAAAAAAAAEY/mPNo-P807s4sW1PVqY4dGUiXHR5uaV3SgCLcB/s1600/048.png I HAVE HAD IT WITH THIS TREAD !!! I REQUEST IMMEDIATE LOCK! How can you be against VST and mainly - Autogun? Autogun is the way forward...

Re: Why do we argue?

Arguing is all ego IMO. (...) In many cases, indeed... You have no idea what are the real reasons why the person you face argues with you. You have no idea whether he honestly wants to uncover truth or he just tries to protect his feelings, since he identifies with his already held beliefs. You can...

Re: If I blogged...

My experience with blogposts was short, since it leaves less free time for actual music making.

Also, it`s true that people prefer watching videos, rather then reading articles.

Videoblog might be a better option, podcasts where users can discuss music making with Reason are always fun.

Re: Prince is dead.

Never really liked most of his music. I do love Kevin Smith's story about his visit to Paisley Park though... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8LhcParuzpc 11:13 I can imagine how paranoid that poor fellow has been, being chased everywhere by a guy named "Prince" like a Pepe Le Pew target. Some creep...

Re: (Electronic) Name that tune (Solaris Demo)

Don´t know if it was used by a computer game, though.
It wasn`t.

I must remember it from some old music mp3 CD with a "Mortal Kombat ost" name, probably since it resembles the soundtrack of the movie a bit.

I think the rave tune had something to do with Mortal Kombat
Jarre final parts are Chronologie 4 and 2.

Re: interdimensional travel log

Where did Kool Keith obtain that footage from?

Outside earth, no one likes the Beatles.
Good job exposing that fact, now Ringo is gonna punish us with his lack of presence here.

Re: PanEQ

This is like a phaser effect over which you have a better control. Just experimented in making similar stuff in Reason, using parallel processing. The cool thing with Reason is that I can use effects different then EQ and also LFOs. Easy control - that`s the only plus of this device. The demo tells ...

Re: How long did it take you to learn Malstrom?

The unique thing about Malström is the osc part, containing built in, tweakable sound graintables. Everything else is not that different, I guess it all boils down to remembering the sounds. Alternatively, you can use NNXT with RPG8 if you want to make similar stuff with custom samples, but the proc...
