I have V Collection 4 and love it. I want to do the upgrade but I had to contact NI support. I have them registered in my Arturia account but they are requiring a qualifying product at NI which doesn't make much sense to me.

It is a wrapper, and it works very well. I have used it in Ableton for several years now for a few VST's that are still only 32 bit. It does use more resources (Ram) so bear that in mind.
