Is the rack window detached for the other Reason windows? Any different behavior with the rack selected and typing F3?

Not sure why this hasn't been a problem for me with other Re.

Back to tripping on the PSQ...

When adjusting Division or Delay knobs I have a hard time getting to 4, 8, 16.
When moving the mouse super slow it jumps from say 3 to 5, or 7 to 9.
I have to let off the mouse and retry, then it works.

Anyone else having this issue?

When editing track in the sequencer but the background color is light (lets say yellow), everything else is white, contrast issue, can't see WTF I'm doing.
