I don't use thunderbolt, but I know that Focusrite approves FireWire to thunderbolt converters for their interfaces, if that helps.

I was wondering, does a product exist to turn USB midi (from a launchkey/keystation) to 5-pin midi (like would be accepted by a mopho or meeblip)?

I know Keith McMillan makes one, but it sounds like it will only work with his stuff. I was also wondering if the iConnectivity Mio2 would work.

Next time I buy a new PC, provided I don't choose to come back to Mac (Gonna be hard with GarageBand) I'll customise a PC from somewhere like IBuyPower. A little over a grand for a seriously powerful PC. Something to look at.

I can try to get some soundcloud tracks going, it may take a couple days... Due to the fact that I do not have a soundcloud for this name up and running... And I want to do that. =)

Hey all, I made a free refill for you all. The samples were recorded from a Yamaha DD-5 Drum machine, through a Hosa Cable, into a Scarlett 2i2 and then into Reason Essentials 8.3. Hope these are of some use.
