When I have pasted pattern to tracks with the Octo Rex how do I get the Run function to turn off?
I disabled it by pressing the button but it turns itself back on again when I press play?

Are there any REs or effects in the FSB that do something similar? Thanks! [/quot...

I still think Guitarists are unrepresented by Reason
As an avowed synth nerd I'm still mainly a guitar player and I appreciate all the advice people here gave me on my modulating my guitar tracks using Thor, Maelstrum and Pulverizer. After exploring the possiblities of these Rack devices Pulverizer proved to be the most efficient and versatile but it ...

Blocks Mode is great, seems I cant delete names of blocks
So rearranging a song is cool in "Block MOde" is amazing
But Seems I can't delete block titles from the list of my dropdown menu
How do you do that?

Re: Can Audio Track be in a combinator? And Skin question
Can I create a skin for an instrument that would block parameters I never use?
For example if I'm running guitar through a maelstrum I want to block out OSC's and other functions irrelevant?

Thor Question- Signal Path using audio input? No Oscillators.
I had a previous thread about Running Guit through various synths and all the response were really helpful. I'm confused about Thors default signal path I've been able to successfully use the filters, either controled by LFOs or automating a freq or resonance knob. i can get to the saturation and th...

Re: Reason Stage - Reason 10 Concept For Live Performance On Stage
Trev your idea is great and suited more to a Band or Solo artist looping.
Dj's have there own way of mashing up audio that's great and I did like thefixer's set above very cool.
But your idea is very noteworthy

Re: Reason Stage - Reason 10 Concept For Live Performance On Stage
Trevorsonic Great post Scope is using Reason on the stage with in band or with solo artist who "perform". So hands free, it means a person who plays guitar/keyboard + sing can not be distracted with mouse keyboard on the stage. No sequencer on the market is doing; what my concept is doing :!: " Able...

Reductio ad absurdam, or rather, reducing using absurd lines of argument. I never suggested these things as a course of action and l've already explained that at length, exhaustively. I learned synthesis on a Pro- one, and I'm allergic to FM synths.
( I tried tried and tried but DX7 was mind control bullshit- Eno cracked it with some commodore program or (some such)
You'll got my point

Great feedback everybody My point about Eno's statement, was simplicity in production is undervalued. Do with what you have that it could be applied to DAWs as well (which is that other thread) Appreciation for a Casio though a pignose amp I'm using Reason exclusively - (jettisoned Cubase once i cou...

I think the Monthly challenge will be determined by posters
who see a valuable problem to solve,
even for themselves.
My intention was to make a location for that
