ReCycle 2.2 vs loop editing capabilities inside Reason 8?

What about exporting REX files to use outside of Reason? Namely, some of the factory loops? Is it possible to load, edit, and then export a REX file in the Factory Sound Banks? It sounds like I'd be better off spending the $110 on the Reason upgrade than $60 for a second hand copy of ReCycle, at le...

Blamsoft Resampler is a must have!

So does anybody use the bit crusher on the master out to dirty up the mix, or only on individual instruments?? Thanks. Sometimes. When I want to end the track dramatically into oblivion. But not to dirty up the mix. That's a great idea. Thanks mr cheese. :) In this old track of mine I used it to ge...

Contemplating sell of Recycle...

Contemplating to sell my copy of Recycle. I never used it. I thought I would. But frankly I'm not someone who really samples and make rex libraries. What's it worth to someone who wants to make his/her own rex samples/libraries? Money earned goes to my hardware gear fund! :D I'm looking for serious ...

Looking to collab

I'm up to it.
But Maybe it's an idea to leave the RE alone as much as possible.
And if there's some sort of song stucture you can always add effect RE or replace some stock sounds for the instrument RE.

Or is this a bad idea? :)

Edit: I'm on Reason 7

Let's talk ergonomics!

You could buy a big desk at Ikea and also a shelf. Ikea also sells legs in al kind of heights you can screw underneath it. That way you can set everything up at the right height at low costs.

AudioRealism's ABL3 Song Challenge | The Announcement

I don't understand guys, it has always been where you cannot use any instruments except for the challenge synth, drums, and acoustic sounds recorded through your own microphone. This is because the challenge needs to have some limitations in order to make it more interesting and... challenging, whi...

AudioRealism's ABL3 Song Challenge | The Announcement

Are people 'recording their own' instruments for tracks? I've read the rules 10 times to see if I'm missing something but basically we can't use 'any' other synth for pads or use sampled pianos (nnxt). I know this is the case but I just don't want to believe it as it means I'm out as I don't own a ...

I do like the upgrade!
And Redominator still on the wish list!
I had a blast with the Redominator song challenge last time!

I do love acid but I'm going to avoid the typical use of the ABL3.

So far I see 2 great entries already.

Good luck everyone!
