I am assuming the reason you want Kong to control a synth is for the MPC style performance thing. If so then leave Kong out of it as it doesn't do what you want (and you be using keys anyway to trigger) and step back and use a physical controller surface as most will let you do exactly what you ask...

I think the ABL3 Props page should have a tutorial on the features. Especially the step sequencer. I had no idea how it worked. But after watching a YouTube tutorial on the ABL2, I am excited to try it.

I want to load a percussion sample and use kong pads to trigger it in different keys. Is that possible to do directly? I think I can do it by toting it thru Tic Tic. But maybe someone knows a direct way??? Thanks.

You would have to actually sign away your rights via contract. Otherwise you would still retain your songwriter credit and publishing credit If you actually perform the music and they just plug it in and rap over it you may be entitled to performing credit/rights too. That would entitle you to money...

I think I agree with Carly. Not sure I like the main vocals (talking). Maybe do it once in a breakdown/build up. I like the chorus though. Even more the second time I listened to it. Also, 5 out of 5 stars on the production value. Sounds really tight, full and loud. Which is perfect for a dance son...
