Yes and no. It works for devices with a "shuffle" knob e.g. Matrix, RPG-8 and Redrum.

Just set your BPM to whatever you like. Hold Ctrl and move the mouse to the end of the loop, so the icon changes to a clock, which indicates time-stretching. Then simply stretch the loops to find to the bar count.
