Why not use the tools that are currently available to the you/the world instead. Especially with Reason. Which is more about the sum of its parts, than one-to-do-it-all things.

I remember I had some UI drawing issues with Aparillo inside Reason a year ago. That said, Aparillo is up there in my current top soft-synths and my next planned VST purchase. Raising the jitter baby!

There is a phase switch right at the top of the mixer in Reason. Other than that, I think you're taking about frequency interference and not phase. A phase issue for me would be something about messed up stereo.
