Re: Blamsoft Expanse Hyperwave Synthesizer 2
One *very* small request. An edit button next to the sample import area, like in Proton. I know it's possible to edit by other means but it'd just make the whole sampling workflow a little faster :) by other means, you're already including the (on Windows) ALT+Click the Sample button, to edit ? Tha...

Re: Blamsoft Expanse Hyperwave Synthesizer 2
New in version 2.0 Works with all Serum-compatible wavetables . This gives you access to thousands of wavetables available for Serum. You can now create a wavetable from any sample . Or sample an oscillator of your favorite synth. Copy/paste/reset now works for envelopes as well as oscillators usin...

Thanks man! Strange though, the box won't stay ticked. Even updated my profile and clicked update but when it fetches subscription status it's set to not send me newsletters. Weeeird. Really weird! You shouldn't have to click on update [...] Same problem, box won't stay ticked. Tried Firefox/IE11/E...

Re: Test Pilots wanted
You really should replace (or have alternative dl links for) the images in the "tests" with larger ones (saving the locally as suggested IIRC didn't help). I filled in the first few pages but then I had to give up in the last questions (what happens when you press play etc.) because I couldn't see ...

Re: Feature or bug??
Well, there you have it. It looks like your Juno DS (USB MIDI out) is totally "borked", according to those screens (assuming you were pressing and then releasing the notes) there's clearly Note OFFs missing. From here on, all I can say is you should describe this issue to Roland Support and hope tha...

Re: Feature or bug??
Right. But the retriggering happens across all the instrument devices. For some it's worse, like the Malstrom Graintable Synthesizer for example. A chord will keep playing indefinitely. 1. Yes, sort of. when I record the notes of my keyboard, they play back the way i hear it, doubled. However, the ...

Re: Feature or bug??
I mainly use the id8 instrument device. I'm not connected to a dedicated audio interface, so I can't really use EMI. i set my Juno's local switch to OFF, if that helps. I am using the generic controller, only because Reason doesn't have native support for Roland devices. ok, so Local OFF and you're...

Re: remote controlling of patches
There's a nice trick that can be done with nnxt - sample scanning ( where a whole heap of samples is recorded as 1 long sample) then user can control the sample start offset, which can be looped-- sadest part of story is this option is also not available as a controllable parameter. You could use th...

Re: Feature or bug??
Hello, everyone, I'm new to reason 9 and i'm not sure if my problem is actually a problem. I have a Roland Juno DS hooked up to reason via midi-usb. Every time I play a chord , the notes of my keys are repeated upon release. When I play an individual key, the note is sustained in a normal fashion. ...

Re: RE: Re: Compare CV Scope is in the shop
To be clear, i am not annoyed by any of the colors on their own, but you have two different things going on that are "dissonant". The background Green and the logo and the mute buttons + yellow lights are fine on their own. hmmm... maybe a dark grey background would help or maybe something like Pul...

The docked Browser. No sir; I don't like it. Currently, that's still on the top of my list closely followed by the missing icon to quickly hide/show the transport bar/section, the missing Block enable on/off button the inexplicably small Tap button, and... many others. I guess all those went straig...

Re: Polymodular sale
I guess it was a mistake and kindly he left the offer in the shop . I think that was the case. Other bundles had the same issue on at least this and the previous sale. Hopefully (for the RE developers sake) this won't happen again on the next sales. (because life is tough for everyone... including ...

Hi,
I just added the ability to select the Drum Channel through the big Dial encoder when in Kit mode, as requested by one blog reader.
That's implemented now in V1.0.1

Re: SW4-C update and price change
The price shift is taking place to make it part of a more complex offer with custom refills for a larger public than Reason tweakers :) I'm obviously not interested in this RE but I'm going to make a somewhat loaded question: Are those Refills going to be released publicly for free? I'll wait for t...

@Koshdukai: I just received my Beatstep Pro, got it rigged into reason using your multi channel codec. Works like a charm :) On the Beatstep pro, sofar its been all that i've expected it to be. Reason, as well as Antidote were upgraded in version numbers but does it make a difference in the way the remote maps are structured? Does somebody have a working remote map file with all AntiDote parameters in it, or at least a push in the right direction. If it's useful, i can upload my effort so...

Re: Orange Aid?
Looks like it's finally released today I own rsTouch, which is a very good and sophisticated iPad based Reason controller, but this OrangeAid looks interesting due to its fresh approach and apparent greater flexibility, at least from what I'm able to see in the video . Maybe because I already bought...

Decided to take a peek at this one (was curious about the OB patches ) and... am I the only one that is missing the "BIG ROOM 1.wav" IR file on some of the combi patches?
Looks like they forgot to include it in the public patch folder path.

Re: Remote options in Rsn 7.0.1 ?
For instance- looking at the entry for the 14:2 mixer the same "Button1" is listed as: chan1 mute/ chan1 solo/ and chan1 EQ on/off. I thought perhaps Button1 may cycle through the 3 actions but in fact it will only toggle Chan1 mute on and off( I can't find solo or EQ on/off anywhere ).... very con...

Re: Antidotes "special" envelopes
I even compared the amplitude of the audio to be sure that the CV output was really representative of what's going on internally with the Envelope generator. Release does respect the 3sec but Decay has indeed an unexpected behavior. It's as if the Decay time is always calculated for Sustain=0 as ref...

Re: BeatStep Pro and Reason
I'm going to take some time soon to see if I understand enough of your technique to implement it into the codec that I use for my Akai mpk and make it channel aware. I guess the easiest way is for you to make 2 versions of your own Codec+Map. Version A will listen only to MIDI Channel 1 (if that's ...
