Re: Sale on Love One Consulting REs just now
I love Neutron and the BZR-1 and they are so damn useful with the Noise Engineering synth modules, which I also love. If you end up sampling some of that and toss it in Proton you have a complete toolbox of creative craziness right there. I own Vibro as well, but have not made much use of it (or any...

Will there be a Reason update to fix this or an update of the affected REs?

Re: Maximizer Question
I really like ToneBoosters' Barricade 4 vst, which is reasonably priced, easy to use, does the job very well and has lots of options:

Re: 6 new REs from Noise Engineering!!!
Guys, if you were to pick 2-3 of the new devices, which ones would those be? I've not received my discount from SB1 yet, but I'm kinda glad I didn't because then I'd feel obliged to get all of them & I'm not really sure I need all of them... I would go for the more unique parts of the new bundle, t...

Re: 6 new REs from Noise Engineering!!!
Props-support came back to me today with an enclosed discount code for Bundle 2, so all is well. It did take two work days though... I know for a fact that I did buy Synth Bundle 1 as a bundle, but the products did show up on my receipt individually, although the sum total is the discounted bundle p...

Re: 6 new REs from Noise Engineering!!!
I bought the bundle for 69€ on the 16th of May, so I guess I need to contact the Props. Thank you for your reply, NoiseEng, and for the awesome devices you guys have made for Reason. Haven't got my voucher either. Just contact their support via the Propellerheads site and I'm sure they will sort us...

Re: 6 new REs from Noise Engineering!!!
Hmmmm, no voucher yet.... Is it just me or are others still waiting too? I checked with PH and they told me that vouchers should have gone out. If you did not get one, or if you purchased all three but not as the bundle, please contact PH support directly and they will get you sorted out. I bought ...

Re: 6 new REs from Noise Engineering!!!
Gotta say, I'm really digging these modules a TON! Each one is unique, if more time is spent with them. Start going wacky with the PSQ, KRON, and various other sequencers. Spent a ton of time beta-testing these REs. One major thing that all of them have is the ADSR and an adjustable curve for the A...

Re: 6 new REs from Noise Engineering!!!
I adore these new devices and I need them ALL! Let's hope the bundle-offer is generous.... Forget time, load the bundle in to your rack and lose yourself in the tweaking! Here's a little recording I did after I'd tried every single one of the new devices for the very first time https://youtu.be/B6pZ...

Nice post! I thought I was reading a blog there for a minute...a really interesting one. I would love to hear your take on the Relight Harmonic Exciter as well.

I own this collection and I love it. Even if I don't use all the synths all of the time, it's like owning a full access pass to the ultimate interactive synth museum.

Re: ID8? Well I'm surprised.
I did a little jam session using only the ID8 a while back. I improvised every track in this song in one take, track by track, and I think I at least proved the ID8 capable of sounding like a full - and in this case very low budget - orchestra on it's own.

The Undo function
I have some problems with the undo function. In my understanding it is purely linear: You do one thing, and then you do another. If you want to undo the first thing you have to undo the second thing first as well, even if you do not want to do that... It's pretty frustrating. It really becomes a pro...

Re: Easiest way to build an "always-on" sample-based noise generator in Reason?
As the topic indicates, I need to build a noise generator in Reason that uses a sample as the noise source, and it needs to be "always-on"--that is, generating the noise at all times, even when the song isn't playing. I shudder to think at the sheer number of ways there must be to do this, so it wo...

Here is a very simple noise generator (saved in a combinator) using only the free rack extension Little LFO (wich has both audio and cv out):

Re: Arkana or Torsion Texture Lab
I own Torsion and think of it more like a sample based Nostromo, than a granular synth. Arkana I do not own but I really liked it when I trialed it, but I put it up against Proton and settled for that instead, and I just love it. It has become sort of a "go to" granular synth for me, even after Reas...
