I own several of their REs, it's a shame I can't get the corresponding vst's for free (call me entitled, whatever) to use inside Phase Plant. Yep!!! I actually think they had a short period when they introduced snap-heap where you could get the VST free with proof of RE purchase. I missed that...so...

That's (most probably) not going to happen. I don't see that gui working in RE format. Also the snapins is a big part of the idea behind this synth. I don't know how you would make that work. This synth looks super interesting. The workflow looks very well laid out and the modulation possibilities is staggering. The thing is you buy the synth.. And then you will want to have all the snapins... It get's very expensive really fast, synth + toolbox is more than 450 euros!

I think that by adjusting the output knob (if that's what you did) you actually affect the output stage drive (valve and transistor)..? It's a bit awkward, because I also like to level match everything. The "output stage" control is part of the distortion and comes just before the main output gain ...

I noticed that many presets have a slight bump in volume when ON vs. BYPASS. As louder always sounds better, I balanced the output to match BYPASS, and the effect is diminished. Funny... I've been looking around after an all purpose "analog warmer" kind of effect, and then this hits the shop. Might be one of the best sounding effects of all the ones I tried! Good work.

Very interesting! I'm no programmer but you can appreciate the possibilities. Maybe RE is the future? Haha, think about that... I also feel that my favorite DAW is in good hands. They sure seem to have the brainpower, and long term vision to go with it.

I have the VST, great stuff! other than the obvious lofi stuff I have found that very subtle settings give a nice coloration to drums.

I can't have hyperthreading on, it totally destroys my performance. Multicore on is much better then off tough. I wonder why that is? I'm not exactly well versed in thread allocation techniques...
