I don't think this is possible using Reason alone. The MIDI out device in Reason can convert CV to midi CC messages but not aftertouch as far as I can tell.
You could probably get it done using a virtual MIDI driver like midiox sitting between Reason and your interface.

I think he's talking about MIDI CC 7, which is reserved for channel volume if I remember correctly. All sequencers had faders for this per channel back in the day.

Key zone ranges are your friend (combinators and NN-XT). You could sample your piano track into an NN-XT and trigger it from a separate note lane I suppose? Then use key zoning to put more samples onto different keys of that same NN-XT. Route to different outputs with their separate mix channels.

Agreed, it's a welcome change. I also find it hard to argue with the changes made to the roadmap, hard but sensible decisions.

Edit: No mention of workflow improvements though, which was "under investigation" in the last update

It's unbelievable how Reason 12 has been out for almost three months and still the browser is utterly unusable.
Updated, tested for 30 seconds, back to R11.

Losing patience over here. I paid for R12, it's time to give me the actual product now.

The road map is one thing, I understand that it's a sequence of features ordered by what the company wants to work on first and not a plan. And that fixing serious bugs always takes priority over features. What annoys me is the R12 launch itself, who the heck greenlit that? There were lots of issues...
