downloading again and will restart

upgrading from 10 to 10.4
I downloded 10.4 by clicking at Upgrade available at the top of reason screen.
I saw the whole thing download for an hour or so.
But I checked downloads for ie browser
not there
I checked Programfiles for propellerhead
not there
Any tips on what I'm doing wrong is helpful
