Chenille Chorus RE - explorations with the device
What happened to Rate Edit? It's a function explained in your tutorial and the Chenille manual, but it's disappeared from the device.

Does anyone dig the u-he pack?
I love Graindad and Runciter, use them a lot. T has an overly-fiddly GUI but every now & then I go to the trouble of playing with it, and always get a great result. Same with D, a bit of a fiddle but worth the effort. A is a pain because I work in 48hZ. S can be fun but overall I'm not a fan of meta...

I ? Reason, and The Beatles
I love the Beatles and they've been a huge influence on my music, both as a listener and as a player. But imo Sgt Peppers is one of the most overrated albums ever. A few standout tracks and a whole bunch of dreck (which is pretty much my opinion of the White Album as well). I'd certainly never steer...

Euclid + AutoTheory
This is really interesting. I bought Auto Theory a while back because it was only $20 but haven't really found it all that inspiring until now. Euclid is just awesome, so simple and versatile.

Biggest changes to your workflow when switching to Reason 8?
A Cancel function then becomes a brand new feature that needs to work in a totally different manner. It's in the feature wish list. This is great to hear. Just knowing that things like this are being given consideration is reassuring, speaking as a user who's planning on waiting things out before t...

Break some rules
I've been working on a track for a few days. Got bored with it at one point, so I had a play around in the master section - threw in some heavy-handed processing with Scream, Trident EQ and Softube FET, just to see how the whole thing sounded when bent out of shape a bit. Verdict: not bad, but needs...

Breakout Jacks (-jacks (-jacks (-jacks (-jacks ( ... ))))
Someone on the old forums suggested sticking Neutron in the breakout loop, and I've been liking that a LOT. Graindad is also fun.

it is here, go look at Props website now !!!!!!!!!
It's not so much selling the idea of collaboration I feel. Yes, that is what it is on it's face. But what it really is is attracting users of the mobile market via a free app (Take) and a free service (Discover) toward Reason—it's a great marketing strategy. This video is a good ad, but the ...

Anyone just use a laptop for Reason?
Yep, 2010 MB Pro, never misses a beat. When it starts to show its age I'll get something faster (I'm constantly hitting the CPU ceiling with REs), but for now it's humming along as sweetly as the day I took it out of the box.

Snakebite?
I love the sounds I can get out of Snakebite but as others have said, it's best for in-your-face dirt. To my ears it's got a meaner, more aggressive sort of character than something like Ivoks (which I also like for dirty sounds). The GUI is pretty unfriendly. Even after a year or so of use, I find ...
