Where to find a video maker?

Hi all!
I'm looking for someone who is able to create video content (whether animation or filmed, or a combination) for a little 3min pilot project.
Do you know any internet channel through which it is possible to get in touch with video folks and discuss collabos etc...?
Would Deviant art be a good place to start? Is there something better or more suitable?

I'm not certain, as I've never used it for video, but you may want to check out fiverr.com. I have to imagine there are people offering video services. it's a pretty useful site for all sorts of stuff.
