Seen a lot of people blatantly (and sometimes subtly) bumping their own threads. Thought I’d introduce this handy tool for those who feel they need help in curbing their compulsive behavior. Feel the need to Bump!? Then bump here instead and soon you’ll get sick of it. You can try it out even if you don’t feel you have a problem (yet). The truth will set you free.

Bumping is an essential technique of marketing. If you don't bump, you get lost in history.
BUMP!

Online bumping has similarities to the skills of getting attention in a busy Friday night bar... you either have gorgeous drop-dead looks and immediately gain attention.... or... If you look like a back end of a bus/dog/sheep/<addUglyAnimalNameHere>, then you have to revert to unscrupulous deeds like waving high valued notes (doesn't work here on this forum - might work in the dark web) or make a lot of noise, talking to yourself... thus commenting on your own comments.

a) who will bump
b) who will not bump
c) who is considering bumping if the bump feature is improved in the future

I'd like to bump this old thread that I made. I still think it's a really good theme and I could see myself making the same thread again if I hadn't already done it before.
More people (myself included) should totally make something around this Challenge.

Hahaha...the whole point of this thread was to help wean people off their need to bumb. But good idea...I guess a big list of bumps for other threads all collected together in one thread would be something.

They should have a chance to redeem what we deem wrong of them.
