Balance startup recognition Windows 10

Hey guys ´n galls,

I funnily cannot find the info on the internet anymore.
There is this known issue with Balance when starting Windows 10. It doesn´t activate Balance at first, so I have to replug it to make it work.
The solution to this problem had been something like adding or removing it from the autostartupsettings in Windows.
Since a bigger Windows Update this setting I had successfully achieved before got reset, so the question is, wether anyone of you remembers how to do it.
I already looked for the settings where I thought they were but couldn´t find them anymore.
