I´m a little bit confused. Is ,,Line in ´´ a Stereo Signal?

For example, I use a Stereo Jack to Chinch from the NI Audio two to a DJ Mixer and get a Mono or Stereo Signal?

The inputs are mono, you need both for a stereo signal. The line/inst switches are an input level switch.
