Slicing audio mode

Why does it seem that when I import an audio track I cant use the automatic slices option - instead I have to bounce that audio track as a mixer channel?????? SOOOOOOO ANNOYING!!!!!

Hi!

Yes, maybe, but it's hard to tell exactly what. What do you mean by "automatic slices option"?

When you have imported an audio file, you get a selected clip on an audio track. In the toolbar above the sequencer are three Edit buttons. Slice Edit opens the clip inline for slice editing (and the other buttons opens the clip in their respective edit mode).

Is that what you mean?
