Hi!

Thanks everybody for this forum! I have been using reason since version 1 but haven't used it for a minute...

I have an audio clip that I've chopped from a synth recording I played. I want to use that loop as the base for my song and fit the whole tempo to match it.

Is there a way to easily do this (logic has a quick option) instead of tapping or manual adjunting the loop to fit?

Cheers!

How many seconds, and milliseconds is the synth loop?

I recently asked a similar question here and got a good answer from some users.

(60/secs)beats=bpm is the formula to use.

Plug the time of the loop into the "secs" part and the number of beats into the "beats" part and you should have your bpm.
