Windows 10, Reason 10, Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 second gen.
Buffer size is stuck and when I try to change it I get a blue screen of death (the computer crashes and I have to re-boot) This has been the case since Focusrite updated the software sometime last year. I've just lived with it so far but I need to change the buffer and can't. I change the buffer inside of Reason and I get the crash. When the machine has re-booted the buffer size has been changed but reverts back as soon as I open Reason. I also get a message upon boot that buffer size is "locked." Also, the original Focusrite "mixing and routing" software is still on the drive along with their newer "Focusrite Control" software that does the same thing. I can't see a way of deleting the old version of the software. I have contacted Focusrite but it's been over a week and no response from them yet.
