I've noticed a Freeze technique being used on vocals on several songs. I wonder can Reason do this?

Polar pitch shifter in loop mode.

After listening to the reference track though I’m not sure that’s the sort of freeze you are after. Maybe a reverb freeze? Arturia Intensity VST has that. I’m sure there is a Re that has it as well.

If you are looking for Rever-Freeze, just connect your pedal to the Decay and Size and use highest settings.

For delays, you can just use full feedback, normally 100% or a bite more, depending on the settings. The Echo's Roll button is good for Delay-Freeze.
