Reason Spectrum EQ invisible when a window from another application gets focus

My plan was to check the Reason Spectrum EQ and make notes of available frequency regions for another sound, typing it into Notepad.
But as soon as I bring Notepad to the front - the Spectrum EQ window disappears and is not shown again until Reason gets focus again.
That looks like a defect? Annoying for sure.

Bit of a fudge but you could take and save a screenshot. If you have Win 7 then read the fudge to take shots of open menus. Does work when you get the order correct.

Not a bug, sadly. These quirks stand out and seem strange because they actually are strange. I know it's not just me. Perhaps that's what happens when things are grown in a vacuum?
