I'm a proud owner of push 2 now, lovin it, but i don't have no vst arsenal yet and soundwise there's some stuff that i miss when using live instead of reason. So I need replacement-vsts for:
- Screams tape setting
- Pulverizer
- Malström Bass
What are your favorite Plugs for these purposes?
VST replacements for Reason Stock devices?
Goan doesn't do Goa, he likes samples, weirdness, beats
Tools of choice: Reason, iPad, MicroBrute

i knew this answer would come if we could route audio TO reason in ReWire slave mode then that would be my preferred solution. But Push is all about workflow, and for me that means that when i use Push most of my sound sources will be inside of live...

So true, it's a miracle to me why Reason doesn't fully support PHs own technology.Alkua wrote:ReWire is the magic word for most of Reason problem.
I would like the REs become available in others DAWs.
But thanks for the suggestion, already thought about Decapitator. What about tape saturation? U-He Satin?

Just get Arturia V collection and you will stop worrying about synth. You are in VST world and thanks to your money you have nothing to worry about demo them if you like buy them. Most probably black Friday native instruments complete will go on sale and grab that one. also FX plugin again you have too much option to chose for tape related jut things that come in my mind is,
Nomad factory Magnetic II which has got tube and tape saturation builtin compressor with Modern, Vintage and natural color. 4 tape speed for FX purposes to chose from. 10 tape emulation builtin.
and also waves has decent one just go and check them. Your cash is the one that will hold you back on VST world whatever you desire you will get it. If you plan to buy Nomad factory, buy the whole bundle for 250 I think on KVR and you will save a lot. Inside you will get oil can delay the echo is amazing man the collection is mind blowing. Check the demo.

I know it's not on your list, but Kilohearts One is a fantastic substitute for Subtractor, IMHO.Goan wrote:I'm a proud owner of push 2 now, lovin it, but i don't have no vst arsenal yet and soundwise there's some stuff that i miss when using live instead of reason. So I need replacement-vsts for:

Thanks for all replies, more is still welcome idk what it is, but malstroem has some kind of grittiness i don't find anywhere else. all those symths sound super polished and expensive, but i prefer dirty...
