You should do this in a more "professional" manner:
- Use a cloud based form, like google forms.
- Do not mix personal and non personal questions, like relationships, foods, and so on (you cannot ask those questions, and then say this is unpersonnal).
- Make sure that you provide a platform that ensures private and incognito way of answering and managing the data.

Its relevant only if another question is asked like the number of hours spent weekly on reason. If you're a hobbyist, then it would be interesting to see the ratio of weekly hours spent on reason of single person vs one in relationship.
