9.2 vs 9.5 soundbanks are the same please?

i am wondering if the soundbanks are the same 9.2 and 9.5?

any advice?

i would like to just download the new program

I think theres a new soundbank coming with Reason 9.5 but its just approx 90 MB

Just open Reason, you can download the update from within the program itself.

thanks, but i still don't understand about the soundbanks:
90mb sounds like an addition to the already soundbanks
can someone clarify
(i understand that i can open the program and update from there)

Just upgrade from within Reason, it's faster than any links.Downloader shows that it upgrades soundbank with 88 MB new sounds.

The mentioned update are just corrections, no new sounds found so far.

the program is like 180mb without soundbanks
when you update from reason 9.2 to 9.5 does the 'installer' try to download the entire soundbank files again please
(even if there are fixes, etc.)
again, i don't have the bandwith this billing cycle to have the soundbanks download
