Upgrading from 7 to 9.5

Hi There

Do I need to move stuff away from the installation folder before upgrading from 7 > 9.5 ?

Please point me in the right direction

Looked at the 9 manual
Searched support on the website

Havent found a procedure


My projects have been safely moved
SHould I uninstall R7

I'm guessing that if I move R7 away that it will install the soundbanks automatically
I have them downloaded already

No need to uninstall 7. In fact you can have any and all versions installed and be ready to open any time. If you install 9 from an installer it will keep any previous installs.

When the latest version installs from an install file it will use your favourites lists for previous versions. But just in case back up those folders.

Windows: C:\\AppData\Roaming\Propellerhead Software\Reason
Similar on mac off the top of my head can't remember.
