Missing Rack Extensions Error After Update

Hi guys, I got a question. So, I downloaded and installed the latest update for reason 10 yesterday and when I went to open up a project I was working on I got an error message and the placeholder rack extensions appear wherever I've got a Europa or Grain. I hit view missing rack extensions and it brought me to checkout with nothing in my basket, because I've already got them. Here's the kicker, I can make new instances of the missing VSTs but the ones in the track are still listed as missing. So, it can definitely find them in the install directory. This makes me think it might be the project file itself, but I'm not sure. Does anyone have any suggestions? Is there a way I can restore a previous version of the product file. I'm running reason on Mac if that makes a difference. Thanks in advance.

You could try Time Machine to see if there's an earlier version of your file... but that's a long shot. Maybe try reinstalling R10... I'm assuming you've tried restarting your computer. Sounds like a weird issue you're having. You can't buy Europa or Grain as Rack Extensions because they come with R10 so it's pointless to try and go that route.

I know, it's really weird. But I can make a new session and there's no problem saving it or anything. I can put in new instances of those devices fine so they're all installed alright. I've attached a few screenshots of the error messages. I'll give time machine a go first. If anyone has any bright ideas I'll listen, anything to avoid a total reinstall.

These devices were updated recently. Simply sync your account, it shoud do the trick.

Nope, no luck I'm afraid. I run sync, authoriser opens and I'm treated with that screenshot below. Project still won't load the devices. Could it be, that since those devices were updated and my project was saved before it just doesn't recognise them? That's all I can think of, since I can load up new versions of that device in the project.

That's weird. Most of us have used both Europa and Grain within various projects and don't have that problem with the update. It could be because you have started this project with 10.3 beta? Rather than trying to find the cause, you could take a shortcut to solve the problem: reinstall R10.2, load your projects, save the patch on each instance of Europa and Grain, reload the project in 10.3 and simply replace each unavailable instance with the corresponding patch.
