Upgrade "Not available for this account"

Hallo, I have Reason 11 (full version, not Reason Lite). I would really like to upgrade to Reason 12. But all I get is "Not available for this account". :(
Has anybody experienced the same and can help?

I got the same message at the shop but was in the middle of some vocal mixing so I didn't want to fiddle around too much.
When you click on the message it says "Reason 12 upgrade requires another version of Reason" so if you haven't updated Reason 11 in a while that might fix it? Didn't try it myself so it's just a guess

My Reason version is 11.3.9d22 (build 12.405). It's up to date. And it was already before I tried to upgrade.

But it's interesting that you have the same problem!! I hope we can solve this!

"Please update your account before purchase
Reason 12 Upgrade requires another version of Reason, Reason Essentials or ReCycle than what you currently have registered to your Reason Studios user account."

I am really curious what I should have registered to my account other than Reason 11 full before being able to upgrade to Reason 12.

No , I don't have any other Reason licenses registered. Only full Reason 11. With some rack extensions.

No , I don't have any other Reason licenses registered. Only full Reason 11. With some rack extensions.
Maybe some quirks or the site is busy and you ran into a timeout, because the site is heavily banged.

Okay, The support was fast in my case. The problem has been solved. I am now able to get the paid upgrade. Phew!

It was an issue with my license. It was not recognized as upgradable.
