Umm I guess I might have watched it more than once.........
Some Grade A shenanigans going on here with the PingPong Chord Sequencer video.
This Is Insane Player Device has more views than the Reason 12 Update from a year ago, at 212, 000 views lol.
.
Well I guess for starters, when many people see a new release announcement, they may be likely to go straight to the site and see a breakdown of new features. They watch parts of a video and go ask questions and talk about it on Facebook and wherever.
But also, this particular video appeals to more than just Reason users. It's about chords, it has a couple pretty notable names, it's an attention grabber with a fun and unique concept, and a screenshot with a quote that says, "this is insane"
And like any popular video on YouTube, more and more people are watching it probably through shares or whatever algorithm suggesting it to more people.
I'm still more confused why the world's largest drum machine video doesn't have more views. Did YouTube not always have a view count? That video should appeal to anybody making music.
The ping pong video is now at 996k views!
