Can Reason 10 owner still buy refills or RE's in the store

Can Reason 10 owner still buy refills or RE's in the store.
When I try to download anything for the store it is not possible unless I upgrade?

Is Reason now subscription only? Except for old timers?
They still give me support, and prompt recently

The minimal version of Reason that is required for an RE to run depends on the SDK version that the RE developer uses. For Reason 10 that's a rather old SDK version, so quite a lot of REs are not compatible with this version of Reason any more.
