My guess is Complex-1
-------
Analog tape ⇒ ESQ1 sequencer board ⇒ Atari/Steinberg Pro24 ⇒ Atari/Cubase ⇒ Cakewalk Sonar ⇒ Orion Pro/Platinum ⇒ Reaper ⇒ Reason DAW.

+1 this is fun but I really have had many possibilities for each sound and haven't a clue

I am guessing monotone 😂

Some hint would be useful :puf_bigsmile:

It sounds like some FX is put on that sound...is it included with the synth or external ?

Is it correct that I hear filter self oscillation from 0:11 in second example ?

Yeah some clue would really help.
The only thing I'm pretty certain about is that it's not Legend. Other than that I'm open to anything.

It better not be Legend now that I've said that.

Malstrom no
Complex1 no
Chip64 no
Monotone no
It definitely is not Legend

I would say this should be easy, but of course I won't. I did open a patch which I then destroyed. Everything you hear is in the synth. No external devices except my MIDI controller.
Hint: It would be easy, but it is highly configurable which I used to not be recognizable. I used 3 different type of oscillators, a ladder filter, and a comb filter, then lastly another comb filter.

Then I cleared the programming, and added 3 things in there.

I should also add, listen to both clips closely - One is my MIDI keyboard, the other sounds like...

That basically describes Thor

Yep, those hints made it obvious. Not many synths have three oscillators, where you can choose different oscillator types :puf_wink:

Someone else can drop a new one, it is much too hot here to fire up my DAW

Not Parsec. But I can see why you would guess that.

You're both way off. It's Parsec 2.0.3.
Can't you tell the difference? :D

No, keep guessing guys.
I think I'll wait with clues for this one.
I tried to offer a couple of different sounds in the example after all.
