Proper Clip Anchoring While Time-stretching Multiple Clips

Right now, if you select multiple clips and they don't all start at the same point along the sequencer, the clips that are farther along get nudged away from their initial start position rather than stretching from the start position to a new end position. I know that you can scale them normally and they'll retain their original start points, but doing that won't stretch midi notes or audio across a longer or shorter distance and it's a major pain to individually stretch clips because they don't all line up.

If this is a feature already, what key combination do I use?
