Sync to Host & D&D Midi files ' 2 Key features ! :s0801:
I don't think I grasp what you mean... Could you please elaborate!
Sync to host as in tempo sync?
The second is drag and drop Midi files, yes? I would love if the imported Midifiles would adjust their tempo to the song tempo and not reset it to their speed...

I agree, sync to host on the browsers preview would be great.
I think it means (for example) if you are auditioning REX drum loop using the browser, it automatically plays at the same tempo as the song you are working on.eusti wrote:
Could you please explain what that means? Is this version 8 specific?

Ah, ok, but doesn't it sometimes do that? Not sure I have completely figured out when... I think it's when the song is actually playing and you are changing the REX loop that is active...Heater wrote:

What i thought he meant by "sync to host" was this. When browsing for a Rex file, if you audition it in the browser, it plays at its own BPM. It doesn't get synced to the current tempo.eusti wrote:

Imho it be nice if previews are synced to the BPM and maybe optionally also synced to the beat.
As far as i can remember the pre-8 browser has the same behaviour.
(i see i'm slow with answering... )

Hi Eusti
sorry for my delayed answer to your Question !
I did actually mean ' as already explained ' if you are auditioning any kind of Wave file or Rex , it automatically lock's to the Tempo that is set for the Host ! .... & Thanks to Heater for your :s0106:
as it stands at the moment its hit & miss ! it would really help especially with Musical wave files not just Percussion or Kits ! :s0826:

Agree about the hit and miss... I can never figure out when it will work and when it won't...

You are correct, thats when it does sync up. So thats how i usually browse for Rex's, i throw in an empty Octorex.eusti wrote:

I would like to not have to do that though
