Reason 12 updated or Reason 13 needs to come with AutoSave. I'm working on a project and it just crashed & once I restarted Reason of course it didn't save my last changes. This is ridiculous if you're going to give us BUGS with every update from now on at least give us AUTOSAVE...Okay I'm done with my rant
No autosave and markers in 2024: Thats just a - I am sorry for harsh words - terrible marketing for the Reason Studios company. Worse than any failed marketing video or failed post on social media, worse than any bad licencing decision. It's also a bit of a slap in the face for all the loyal customers who have been asking for these little features for decades.
Your rant is totally justified.

I'm a wicked CMD / CTRL + S person... I must have done it over a million times and the keys are soooooo close to one another... I can not think of not doing it. It is now instinct for most of all the applications I use. Once you try it, you may be hooked!
Oh and the extra bonus is... instead of waiting 2, 5, 10 minutes to let an application autosave, you can just CMD / CTRL + S again and again and again and you're more or less safe. There might be the odd time when the fingers just can't make it to the keys before the application crashes, but for most of the time, you could easily recover your project almost completely intact.

I'm also wicked with Control/S every time I make a change but if Reason suddenly CRASHES it doesn't matter how often you save or how fast you are with Control/S it may or may not have saved your last changes. And if you just recorded a Killer Vocal Take that you can't duplicate AUTOSAVE just makes sense especially if these BUGS aren't going away no time soon...StephenHutchinson wrote: ↑19 Apr 2024I'm a wicked CMD / CTRL + S person... maybe youre right, but in terms of marketing and international reputation it doesnt matter if those "blocks" are are good or bad workaround.
